| Letting Go...Again and again |
| Last August our practice was letting go. But then, we were letting go of an unneeded habit that was holding us back. This time we're letting go of a different habit. Life can get so busy and confusing sometimes and our minds will take over and run that tape of "What will happen? Will this work out? Will that work out? How do I know I'm doing the right thing?"...on and on and on it can go. Not this week. This week we are going to stop this mind and let go. Yes, just let go of those questions. Simple Everyday Spiritual Practice When we catch our mind going into 'figure it out-questioning" mode, stop, breath and say "I let go." And when it starts up again we let go again. Yes this is an exercise in trusting the Divine, God, Spirit. Wow, it's easier than it seems. Or at least it feels better. :) Peace and love, Gina~Har Kirat, RScP www.prashanti.us |

| Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Place your hand on your belly and feel it rise with a deep inhale. Allow the exhale to effortlessly follow the inhale. Let your shoulders drop. Continue for 1 minute. Or make it two if you have time. |
