Sanctuary
What image comes to mind when you hear this word? What do you think about? I love definitions. Here is one online dictionary definition of Sanctuary:

• a consecrated place where sacred objects are kept
• refuge: a shelter from danger or hardship

I think we forget that we are sacred and the refuge we week is within us. When we know our true self within, we are living in a space of shelter. "When I know God as my total fulfillment I am totally fulfilled."

Simple Everyday Spiritual Practice
Take this week to recognize that your internal space is your sanctuary. Close your eyes, even for a minute and visit this space where sacred object are kept. Lets spend time in our personal refuge.
